Bottom line: we do not knowingly use cookies or other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.

We have set up this website in such a manner as to not knowingly use cookies or other tracking technologies. However, we must allow for the possibility that the building blocks of code used to build this website may activate cookies about which we do not know. 3. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

Bottom line: we do not knowingly collect data from or market to children (persons under 18 years of age).

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By interacting with us online, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s interaction with us. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. Withdrawing Your Consent

Right to request deletion of the data — Request to Delete

You can ask for the deletion of your personal information. If you ask us to delete your personal information, we will respect your request and delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions provided by law, such as (but not limited to) the exercise by another consumer of his or her right to free speech, our compliance requirements resulting from a legal obligation, or any processing that may be required to protect against illegal activities.

Depending on the circumstances, you have a right to know:

Verification Process

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g., phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. 6. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES 

Most browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we may not respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

Your information will not be shared with anyone else. 

8. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

Bottom line: yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy notice, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. 9. IS MY DATA SECURE?

Sceptre Analytics follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the information collected on the Site. That said, no data security measures are 100 percent secure. Therefore, while Sceptre Analytics implements reasonable physical, technical, and administrative measures to protect the information it collects, Sceptre Analytics cannot guarantee the absolute security of such information.
